Transparent Pricing
Before accepting a job, you clearly see:
• the hourly rate
• the type of job
• any urgent job surcharge
• The first hour is always charged in full, after that billing is calculated in 15-minute intervals.
How Do I Accept a Job?
Browse available jobs in your area and accept offers directly through the app. Jobs are matched based on your services, availability, and preferred distance.
How Does Start/Stop Work?
When you arrive at the client’s location, Start the job through the app. Once the work is completed, press Stop to finish the service and record the total working time.
When Do I Get Paid?
After the completed job is confirmed, your earnings are recorded in the app. Payments are processed according to platform rules and transferred to your account within a maximum of 5 days.
How Are the Jobs I See Determined?
The app displays jobs based on your services, availability, location, and preferred working distance, according to the settings in your availability profile.
What Do the Trainee, Assistant, and Trainer Levels Mean?
MikBum uses progression levels that help assistants build experience, reputation, and access to more job opportunities — along with higher earnings and bonuses.
What If I Have a Problem During a Job?
At any time during a job, you can contact support through the app if you experience a problem or unexpected situation. You can also mention the issue in your client rating and review afterward.
Who Provides the Equipment and Materials for the Job?
Basic work equipment and materials are usually provided by the client unless otherwise agreed. If needed, assistants are responsible for providing their own personal protective equipment such as gloves, masks, and other safety gear.
What If I Need to Cancel a Job?
If you cannot attend a scheduled job, please cancel it as early as possible through the app so the client has enough time to find replacement help.
Important: Repeated job cancellations negatively affect account reliability. After 3 cancellations, your account may receive a warning, while frequent cancellations can lead to temporary limitations on using the platform.
