How Are Assistants Verified?
Assistants go through an onboarding process, profile verification, and a rating system to ensure high-quality and reliable service.
Can I Hire the Same Assistant Again?
Yes, the system remembers previous collaborations and makes it easier to hire an assistant you already trust.
Can I Have Multiple Addresses?
You can add multiple addresses to your profile — apartment, house, weekend home, or your parents’ address. When requesting assistance, simply choose where you want the assistant to arrive.
How Do I Request an Assistant?
Choose the service, address, date, and time, and the system will automatically find an available assistant for your request.
How Is Assistant Activity Tracked?
In the app, you can track when the job is accepted, when the assistant arrives, when the work is completed, and how long it lasted.
Do I Need to Prepare Materials?
For most services, you should provide basic work materials so the assistant can start the job immediately.
What If I Need to Cancel a Job?
If you need to cancel a scheduled job, we recommend doing it as early as possible through the app so the assistant can be notified on time.
Important: Repeated job cancellations negatively affect account reliability. After 3 cancellations, your account may receive a warning, while frequent cancellations can lead to temporary limitations on using the app.
What If I’m Not Satisfied With the Service?
You can leave a rating and comment, and our support team will help resolve any potential issues.
What If I Have a Problem or Question?
If you have a question, issue, or special situation, you can contact support directly through the app by opening Messages and sending a message to the administration team, or by using the contact form on the website.
